They stayed in contact with me from the walkthrough for the estimate to the day that they came to clean my home for a move out. They set the expectations and then delivered on them. The communication and fair pricing was unmatched! After 16 years of living in my home, I needed a move-out clean to prepare my house for renters. It was a very stressful time and I was down to the wire before Mr and Mrs K Cleaning service came over to get started. They were flexible, understanding and strategic as I finished emptying out my house while they started in other rooms. After they finished cleaning, we did a walk-through to ensure all was cleaned to my satisfaction. A checklist was used by them to ensure that I received the service that they had promised during the initial walkthrough. All in all, working with Mr and Mrs K was a five star, stellar experience! I own a duplex property and needed to turnover the property to a new tenant and they were amazing! I have a small two bedroom house. The tenants left it  filthy dirty. They came on time, were extremely professional, and did a thorough and wonderful job! I am surprised how good of a job they did because I’ve had many that were all lacking. There is not one fault I found with Mr. and Mrs. Kay and I highly recommend them!!
